White Russian (with a twist)
Continuing our series on home pairings for our gelato: Have a pint of Fresh Cream Gelato in the freezer? Here’s a Maine twist on a classic cocktail that you can make on New Year’s Eve or any other wintry night.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz vodka
3/4 oz Allen’s Coffee Brandy
1 large scoop of Fresh Cream Gelato
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until the gelato is mostly melted. Pour into a chilled glass and sip.
