Bounding forward with the same enthusiasm of Taylor Swift after a repeat win, we took awards for Best Dessert Place and Best Ice-Cream Parlor at the Portland Phoenix’s annual “Best Of” awards at Port City Music Hall in Portland on Wednesday. After first receiving the titles in 2012 during our inaugural year in Portland, it was our second straight year receiving the awards. Winners were chosen in online voting by Portland Phoenix readers.
