Southwest Airlines arrives in Portland, ME, this week for direct flights from Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) to the Portland International Jetport (PWM). Daily departures mean that you can grab a Maine treat and be back to the Beltway after a 90-minute flight.

Southwest flights leave Baltimore for Portland three times daily on weekdays and twice daily on weekends. Once you arrive at the just-renovated Portland International Jetport, you can take a flat-rate taxi or METRO bus #5 to reach The Gelato Fiasco Old Port.
