I fell in love with your gelato when I was living in Maine this past fall. Every time I went to Portland, I had to stop and get gelato at your store. The flavors were so pure, honest and real that I started writing about the flavors that I found at your shop. Soon, this grew into writing about the flavors of other things that made its way to my mouth. I have started blogging these things and have included (and will continue to include) your flavors in my writings. Even months after, my memories of their crispness and their clarity still stay with me.

Also, in stopping by your website, I saw your first date video. I wanted to share with you that it brought so many inexplicably wonderful memories of your Old Port store. It was there, in that very shop, that I had my first real date. Your shopkeepers allowed us to stay beyond closing because we were too enrapt in conversation to notice that we were supposed to leave. It was a perfect night, and your gelato and the people serving us helped make that possible.

Thank you for everything! I look forward to the day when I can again eat your gelato. Until then, I’m holding on tight to the flavors, and the memories, that you have helped create for me.
