It’s important to us that we stay close to home and use what we believe to be some of the best milk in the world. All of our milk is sourced from New England. It costs a little more to operate this way and poses some logistical challenges, but we wouldn’t make any other choice.
- In our gelato base, we only use milk from farmers who pledge not to use artificial growth hormones.
