Founders Receive SBA Young Entrepreneur Award

They didn’t tell us to share this, but we thought we should post anyway. Josh Davis and Bruno Tropeano, founders of Gelato Fiasco, were named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Young Entrepreneurs of the Year for the New England region.

From the SBA:

Today, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the winners of its annual Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2014. Josh Davis and Bruno Tropeano of The Gelato Fiasco have been selected to receive this prestigious award for both Maine and SBA Region 1 (New England).

“Josh Davis and Bruno Tropeano have worked really hard to make their business successful, and it shows. They are dedicated and creative and sell very tasty and high quality products,” said Seth Goodall, SBA Regional Administrator for New England. “As young entrepreneurs, Josh and Bruno also serve as terrific role models and an inspiration for others to start their own business in Maine,” added Goodall.

Josh and Bruno will receive the award from the SBA at a luncheon in June.
